- Use the app for any unlawful or harmful activity
- Misrepresent the app as your own or as endorsed by camera manufacturers
3. Intellectual Property
All branding, UI design, and code related to PhotoCard are the intellectual property of Rick Nunn unless otherwise noted. Camera brand logos are used for contextual display only. PhotoCard is not affiliated with or endorsed by any camera manufacturer.
4. Privacy

5. Limitation of Liability
PhotoCard is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss, damage, or inconvenience caused by the use or inability to use the app.
